Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days from the date you received your item.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

• The item must be in its original packaging.

• A valid proof of purchase must be provided.

Return Procedure

Please contact our customer service team at support@bylainy.com and include your order number along with the reason for your return.

You must contact us before sending anything back to receive authorization and the correct return address.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 4 hours of purchase.
After this period, the order will begin processing and can no longer be cancelled.

If you still wish to cancel after this timeframe, please wait for the package to arrive and then submit a return request.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

• Defective or damaged items: We only replace items that arrive defective or damaged during transport.
  If you would like an exchange for the same product, please contact us by email so we can assist you.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.

Refund Process

Once your item is received, we will inspect it and notify you of its arrival.
After inspection, we will update you on the status of your refund.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method (excluding sale items).
